Scooterson Inc. is a technology start-up based in California, USA. As a mobility provider, the company aims to change the way people are moving into the cities.
Using deep technologies like A.I. and autonomous driving, Scooterson targets the last-mile transportation and bike-sharing sectors with the intelligent electric vehicles of the future.
Scooterson's second product is an intelligent electric scooter that offers the best User Interface and User Experience possible. Rolley 2 has no acceleration lever and no gear shifter – it knows how fast to go by analyzing rider’s riding patterns. It uses machine learning to enhance rider’s experience, maximize energy efficiency and increase safety.
We're looking for an experienced mobile developer who has a passion for building great user interfaces, knows the value of small details, and believes in software that helps its users.
We are excited to add our first iOS Engineer to our growing team. You will help us build out the key features of our first iOS application.
This app will be designed to act as an interface between the user and Scooterson’s products.
We care deeply about our customer experience and you should too. You will work closely with our UX team to transform existing wireframes into refined app screens, interactions, and components.
Your ability to write great reusable code will be essential to scale faster. We are an agile team and any best ideas - from any source - are acted on quickly at Scooterson.
Requirements:
*Shipped at least one iOS app
*Passion for user interface and user experience
*Experience testing your own work and communicating with QA when you can't
*An excellent communicator
Bonus points:
*Experience with C++
*Experience with Arkit or unity3d
*Experience with building web-backed applications
*Experience with OpenGL
*Experience building complex CoreAnimation
*Interest in cognitive training and educational technology
*Interests in test-driven development and software development best practices
