Our three-month accelerator programme offers some of Europe’s most promising entrepreneurs the training necessary to build and grow a successful cyber security company. Alongside an intensive professional curriculum, Cyber London’s participants also receive personal guidance and support from an accomplished network of mentors. Our programme culminates with a Demo Day, allowing participants to present their work, progress, and potential to a range of partners and investors.

Accelerator Operations Manager

DESCRIPTION
You’re entrepreneurial, visionary and a high-performer. You have 1-2 years experience, are passionate about startups and more specifically about establishing Singapore as a hub for Cyber Security startups in Asia. You're a keen follower of the startup tech scene and regularly attend events.
As the Accelerator Operations Manager, you'll help deliver a demanding curriculum during CyLon Singapore’s 13-week program, as well as support the development of CyLon’s brand amongst key stakeholders and the startup community. You’ll be responsible for identifying the next generation of Cyber Security startups and for adding quality mentors to our network. Reflecting the teams CyLon accommodates, the Accelerator Operations Manager will be creative, fast-moving, self-motivated, work to a high standard and ideally be passionate about the broader Cyber Security landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Constantly identify areas for growth, improved execution and constant optimisation
Identify and participate in outreach events
Work with wider CyLon community to organise CyLon specific events
Identify and source the next cohort of CyLon startups, develop the communication and on-boarding of the teams to the programme
Help manage CyLon’s online presence, including the website and social media
Develop and manage the CyLon Alumni Network
Be flexible and open to opportunities which could improve CyLon’s offering and branding
REQUIREMENTS
Work experience in a high growth environment ideally in either in startup acceleration, entrepreneurship and/or venture capital
Entrepreneurial mindset and experiences, being able to inspire and support startups
High level of organisation and time management
Comfortable working in a fast past environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to get things done
Strong business sense, with experience in operational aspects of startup & company development, especially in the early-stage phase
Proven track record of taking ideas and bringing them to life and meeting and/or exceeding KPIs
A hands-on mentality with a strong taste for process innovation and continuous improvement
You are curious, and ambitious by nature and interested in making an impact. You can demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved in
High level of organisation and time management
Have the right to work in Singapore
